In this role, you'll join our U.S. Military and Government team, specializing in seamless travel management services to our federal clients.

As a Remote Travel Consultant, you will provide outstanding customer service to Defense & Government travelers before, during, and after their business trips. Through our winning combination of outstanding people and innovative technology, we're focused on ensuring that the travel experience of our customers is unforgettable from start to finish, for all the right reasons.

What You'll Do

+ Consulting with our Civilian Government travelers so that you can recommend tailored resolutions to immediately meet their needs

+ Troubleshooting any customer travel issues

+ Assisting travelers by expertly booking domestic and international flights, cars and hotels

+ Multi-tasking as you will be conducting multiple customer conversations simultaneously

+ When needed, the Civilian Government Shared team agents will float to our Emergency Service Center team to take surge call volume for the civilian agencies

What We're Looking For

+ 3 or more years' experience working as a Travel Consultant

+ Experience in GDS (Sabre) across both local and global markets

+ U.S. citizenship required due to Federal Government contract

+ A genuine passion for high-quality customer service - we care about our customers and it's important to us that you do

+ Professional communication (written and verbal)

+ Strong teamwork skills

+ A positive, "can do" attitude with the willingness to learn and grow!

+ Attention to detail and accuracy

+ High level of integrity to work with customer information and meet compliance requirements

+ The flexibility to work a shifting schedule

You will have a shift within core hours of 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday - Friday, with occasional 24/7 availability to support our Emergency Service Center Travel Team-ensuring our travelers receive reliable support whenever needed.

Because this position is directly with our United States Federal Government client, the United Sates government requires that the successful candidate be a US Citizen. Authorization to work in the US is not sufficient for this position. Additionally, you will be subject to a company and government background investigation including criminal history and credit record review.

The US national base salary range for this position is from $ $39,200.00 - $72,800.00

The national range provided includes the base salary that the company expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
