+ Define software and hardware requirements to support architectural planning and delivery.

+ Develop and implement strategies to enhance the application's user interface for optimal usability.

+ Conduct impact analyses to assess how business requirements affect system architecture.

+ Participate in design, code, and test reviews to ensure quality and alignment with architectural standards.

+ Provide architecture quality assurance reviews for proposals and ongoing projects.

+ Support technology solutioning, estimating, planning, and pricing activities for proposals.

This role is remote

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

+ Minimum 2+ years experience working with Amazon Connect.

+ Minimum 2+ years experience working with AWS Lambda Administration.

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in one of the predominate contact center platforms, AWS, Genesys, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, etc.

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

+ Intermediate proficiency in Applications Architecture.

+ Intermediate proficiency in AWS Lambda.

+ Intermediate proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure Design.

+ Intermediate proficiency in System Integration.

+ Beginner proficiency in User Experience Design.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
