Now Hiring: General Labor - Parts Cleaner 1st Shift/2nd Shift

Location: Strafford, MO

Pay Rates:

+ 1st Shift: $18.00/hr | 6:00 AM-2:00 PM, Monday-Friday (OT as needed)

+ 2nd shift $19.00/hr |2:00 PM- 10:00 PM, Monday-Friday (OT as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

+ Clean, inspect, and sort parts from disassembly using chemicals, detergents, and specialized equipment

+ Operate spin blasters, tumblers, zinc blasters, and media blast cabinets

+ Use motorized lifting equipment to move parts through the cleaning process

+ Complete all necessary paperwork and SAP/AMES system transactions

+ Identify, tag, and sort parts for warehouse storage or production lines

+ Collaborate with Team Leaders and the Quality department to resolve issues

+ Maintain high standards of quality and safety at all times

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to stand for the entirety of the shift (100%)

+ Capability to bend, lift (up to 35 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks

+ Exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals; respirator fit required prior to employment

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or GED required

+ Willingness and ability to complete precision measurement, HazMat, and forklift training (provided onsite)

+ Basic computer skills

+ Experience with grinders, drills, and basic measuring tools is a plus

+ Metatarsal protective footwear required (all other PPE provided)
