+ Maintain food and beverage stations, ensuring they are fully stocked, clean, organized, and properly presented.
+ Replenish food, beverages, serviceware, and other supplies as needed.
+ Clear tables, remove used dishes and trash, and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
+ Assist with buffet and chef-table setup, including proper presentation, elevation, labeling, and organization.
+ Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown according to established timelines and standards.
+ Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and company policies.
+ Communicate guest needs, product shortages, and service issues to supervisors or managers.
+ Work collaboratively with culinary, bar, catering, and event teams to ensure smooth event execution.
+ Assist with post-event breakdown, cleaning, storage, and resetting of event spaces.
+ Maintain a professional appearance and follow all uniform and grooming standards.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
+ Previous hospitality, catering, restaurant, or event experience preferred.
+ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
+ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/move items up to 50lbs. as required.
+ Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event/game-day schedules.
+ Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
