Shift Details:

+ M-F; preferred 4 hrs/day mornings, 5 days/week

Duties & Responsibilities:

+ Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop individualized nutrition care plans.

+ Evaluate patients' medical histories, laboratory results, and dietary requirements.

+ Provide medical nutrition therapy for acute and chronic health conditions.

+ Educate patients and families on proper nutrition, dietary modifications, and healthy eating habits.

+ Monitor patients' nutritional progress and adjust care plans as needed.

+ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

+ Document nutrition assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the electronic medical record (EMR).

+ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, facility policies, and evidence-based nutrition practices.

+ Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to nutrition services.

+ Promote wellness and disease prevention through nutrition education.

Minimum Qualifications

+ Current, valid, and unrestrictedMO license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

+ Minimum of 1 yearof recent experience as a Dietician.

+ Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

+ Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,....).
