Performs any of the following tasks to herd cattle and manage mob grazing on cover crop land through winter months: Establish and maintain electric fencing, move cattle to grazing areas 2 to 3 times per day, ensure adequate food source and provide additional feeding station if necessary, haul water to grazing areas and replenish 2-3 times per day, monitor cattle health closely by examining for disease or injury, provide medical care to cattle if necessary, monitor general herd health for winter parasites and treat as needed, monitor herd closely when weather conditions become harsh, assist in calving deliveries, tag and closely monitor newborns. Drive to town to pick up supplies for the cattle. Mob grazing of cattle on cover crop land during winter in Missouri will require day long and nighttime monitoring. Employer guarantees to offer employment for a minimum of 3/4 of the workdays of the total specified period beginning with the workers first day, free housing provided to workers recruited from beyond the commuting area, transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be provided or paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract or earlier.

The employer will make all deductions required by law, including federal, state, and local income taxes (if applicable), and court-ordered deductions such as, but not limited to, child support or garnishments. Additional deductions may include stop-payment or check replacement fees, repayment of overpaid wages, and any other deductions authorized by the worker in writing. The employer will also make voluntary deductions authorized in writing in accordance with state law by the worker and may include, but are not limited to, income tax withholding for H-2A workers upon request, retirement plan contributions, health insurance premiums, loan repayments, cash advances, long-distance telephone charges, data plan costs, and services like internet or cable.

Employer-provided housing includes free and convenient kitchen facilities with appropriate equipment, appliances, cooking accessories, and dishwashing facilities for meal preparation. For workers residing in employer-provided housing, employer also provides free transportation once per week to/from closest town or city for personal errands (e.g., groceries, banking services). For the entire duration of the work contract, transportation from the housing location to the work site and back each day will be provided at no cost to the worker. The Employer will provide 3 vehicles: ( 2018 Chevrolet Truck Seats: 5, 2022 Nisson Truck Seats: 5, 2024 Chevrolet Truck Seats: 5) for the worker to use for transportation to the worksite, back home from the worksite, or to go to the store. The worker will drive themselves to work and back home at the hours specified on the form ETA 790A Section A, Item 7.a and 7.b unless otherwise directed. The hours may vary during different times of the crop season. Daily transportation will be available to workers that do not reside in employer-provided housing at no cost to the worker.

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children on the farm and expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds. Extensive sitting is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
