Job Description

The Opportunity:

We are hiring a Practice Manager for our Shoal Creek Primary Care/Multispecialty clinic.

The Shift:

The is a full time day shift position working M-F

The Work:

+ The Practice Manager assumes accountability for the overall planning, coordination and delivery of services.

+ Works collaboratively with physician operations leadership.

+ Assumes a leadership role in planning, developing and implementing programs and services which support the mission vision and strategic direction.

+ Provides practice management for a large and or multiple practices sometimes in multiple locations.

+ Proven track record of proactive operational excellence efforts leading to continuous financial quality and patient satisfaction improvement.

+ Independently identifies needs plans and successfully works within practice budgets.

+ Provides management to staff.

+ Previous healthcare management strongly preferred.
