Where is the work:

Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for analyzing building and energy data to identify meaningful outcomes. Account Engineer creates consultative documentation to provide to the customer.

+ Responsible to lead quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings for each Connected Service Agreement customer.

+ Utilizes energy conservation measures to help optimize building operations and drive sustainability projects.

+ Fulfill Digital Services contract obligations effectively, efficiently and within safety standards.

+ Gather and validate preliminary information and perform facility walkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements.

+ Collaborates with account managers and field technicians to assist in growing sales for Service Agreements, Service Quoted, Turnkey, and Controls sales.

+ Will plan and schedule work as needed with the Project Administrator service team

+ Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms.

+ During the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.

What you will bring:

+ Strong background of HVAC systems, controls and data analytics

+ Energy and utility knowledge preferable

+ Ability to clearly communicate and develop relationships with clients and internal team members

+ Motivation to succeed while taking initiative to help solve problems

+ Organized, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously

+ Strong analytical skills

+ Positive attitude and ability to work on several diverse teams

+ Can work independently and on a team effectively

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent from four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Strong familiarity with the operation of energy management systems, building automation systems, HVAC Systems and/or temperature controls required.

+ Experience in effectively understanding and manipulation of technical information and responding to questions from fellow team members or customers.

+ Experience collecting data, analyzing and presenting data in a clear and accurate manor.

+ Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to:

+ DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$65,200.00 - $118,860.00
