Deloitte's AM&C practice is looking for a Senior Consultant who can operate at the intersection of front-office strategy, Salesforce Data 360 architecture, and hands-on AI/engineering delivery. This is not a traditional "oversee and present" consulting role. You will lead client relationships and workstreams, and you'll stay close enough to the technology to configure, build, and troubleshoot alongside your team. You should be equally comfortable running a steering committee conversation with a CMO and sitting in Data Cloud configuring identity resolution rules or tuning an Agentforce workflow.

You'll work on engagements where clients are consolidating fragmented customer data, standing up real-time segmentation and personalization, and introducing agentic AI into marketing, sales, and service operations. They need someone who can translate what the business wants into what actually gets built.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, you'll lead the design and delivery of data-driven customer experiences that help clients turn customer data into measurable business outcomes. You'll combine client leadership, hands-on technical delivery, and team development across Salesforce Data 360 and connected marketing technology engagements.

You will:

+ Lead discovery, solution design, and delivery for Salesforce Data 360 and connected marketing technology engagements.

+ Partner with CMOs, marketing leaders, and sales and service operations teams to translate business priorities into scalable data and technology solutions.

+ Architect and configure Data 360 capabilities, including data models, harmonization, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation.

+ Build integrations across Data 360, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Agentforce, and other front-office platforms-and stay hands-on enough to solve issues as they arise.

+ Work directly in the technology, including SQL, APIs/integration patterns, and configuration tooling

+ Bring AI and agentic use cases to life, including next-best action, predictive segmentation, and conversational experiences grounded in trusted customer data.

+ Lead and develop consultants and engineers while contributing to proposals, reusable accelerators, delivery methods, and growth of the Data 360 practice.

Our in-house agency engages customers throughout their journey, working on projects like AdTech, MarTech, campaign automation, CRM, and lead-to-loyalty orchestration. Qualifications

Required

+ 5+ years of relevant experience, including consulting or client-facing delivery experience in marketing technology, CDP, or customer data platforms

+ 3+ years of experience with hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360): data modeling, identity resolution, calculated insights, activation

+ 2+ years of experience with at least one Salesforce marketing application (Marketing Cloud/Engagement or Agentforce) at a configuration/build level, not just functional familiarity

+ 2+ years of demonstrated front-office domain knowledge: marketing operations, campaign management, customer experience, or sales/service data use cases

+ Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred

+ Salesforce certifications relevant to Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Agentforce

+ Experience with AI/agentic workflow design (prompt design, agent orchestration, model evaluation) in a customer-data context

+ Prior experience in a "forward deployed" or embedded delivery model (for example, rapid prototyping alongside client teams, iterative build-and-feedback cycles)

+ Exposure to adjacent CDP or marketing technology platforms (Adobe Experience Platform, Segment, Tealium) useful for competitive/migration conversations

+ Experience managing or mentoring technical teams in a consulting environment

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
