Job requires the safe and efficient handling of grain throughout all stages of storage and shipment. Duties include receiving grain deliveries at the elevator, accurately preparing and documenting scale tickets, and inspecting incoming loads to ensure compliance with established moisture content and grade quality standards. Once accepted, grain must be transferred to the appropriate storage bins using grain conveying systems while maintaining even distribution and minimizing waste. The operator is also responsible for shipping grain as required, which involves moving grain from storage bins to truck loading bins and coordinating the loading process for outbound transportation. Manual shoveling of grain is required in areas where automatic conveyor equipment cannot fully remove grain, especially during bin clean-outs or maintenance operations. Regular housekeeping duties must be performed to ensure that grain storage areas, loading zones, and surrounding facilities remain clean, safe, and compliant with operational and safety standards. The operator must be capable of safely driving non-CDL farm trucks to transport grain between locations on the property and operating tractors and other equipment within the facility yard. Additional responsibilities include performing routine maintenance on grain handling equipment, conducting minor mechanical repairs when necessary, and ensuring that all machinery is in safe working condition. This position also requires the ability to safely climb vertical grain legs and access elevated equipment or storage areas to inspect or maintain facility operations. Daily duties may vary. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer. Employer guarantees to offer employment for a minimum of 3/4 of the workdays of the total specified period beginning with the workers first day, free housing provided to workers recruited from beyond the commuting area, transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be provided or paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract or earlier.

Employer will make all deductions required by law (e.g., federal/state tax withholdings, court ordered child support, etc.). If workers voluntarily and explicitly authorize the employer in writing, the employer may deduct income taxes from H-2A worker wages. When explicitly authorized by the worker in writing, the cost of elected healthcare benefits; reimbursement of approved cash advances; retirement plan contributions; cell phone, cable/satellite TV, internet or other service(s) for workers’ benefit and convenience may be deducted from workers’ pay. Employer may charge reasonable costs for lost, replacement, or damaged tools, equipment, or property or fines for acts committed by the worker on the road while driving an employer provided vehicle, and he or she is at fault. Meals

The employer will provide, without charge or deposit, free and convenient kitchen and cooking facilities to prepare meals. The workers will be allowed time to drive themselves or will be transported to a store or market to purchase their own food and cooking supplies. Employer provided housing contains a refrigerator, stove, oven, and operational sink with hot and cold water under pressure. In the event that the workers are unable to prepare meals at the housing location, the employer will provide three sufficient meals a day free of charge.
