As a Security Officer Threat Detection in Saint Peters, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a retail and mall location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to visitors and staff. Wed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Thur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Fri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, entrances, loading areas, parking locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor access points and observe site activity, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.

+ Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
