This position resides under The Resource Group, an end-to-end supply chain partner to healthcare organizations across the United States, wholly-owned by Ascension. At The Resource Group, we build strong relationships with provider teams, working alongside them to improve supply chain operations and lower non-payroll expenses, all in support of delivering quality patient care. Responsibilities for this role can be found below:

+ Support financial analysis and project activities by assisting with reporting, performance measurement, and data analysis to identify opportunities for facility supply expense improvement and value realization.

+ Develop and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and reports using Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and other technologies to support implementation activities, performance tracking, and decision making.

+ Analyze financial, operational, and performance data to identify trends, interpret results, and contribute data driven recommendations that support business and contract decisions.

+ Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support contract implementation activities, project coordination, and research efforts while gaining an understanding of contract impact and participant needs.

+ Assist with the development of internal controls, validation of supply chain rebates, and other analytical activities that promote data accuracy, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

+ Prepare clear, accurate, and professional presentations, reports, and project documentation while contributing to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and special projects.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education

+ High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.

+ College Junior year and above (ie, Supply Chain, Operations, Business)
