Summary
To assist general manager in managing and running restaurant by analyzing sales of food, liquor, and wine; managing budgets, payroll, and cash flow; managing inventory purchases; analyzing sales to assess present and future demands in the business; adopting and discontinuing menu items accordingly; hiring, training, and supervising staff; ensuring compliance with all govt. agencies regarding food safety and sanitation, and locating new vendors in U.S. and overseas to determine product availability and negotiate payment arrangements and terms of sales.
Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 24 mos. of experience in mgmt.
