Day to Day
As a Director of Product Management, you will lead product strategy for a portfolio spanning Security Engineering, including Product Security, AI Security, Security Operations, and shared security platform capabilities that protect Indeed and the people who use it. You will define and continuously refine a multi-year security roadmap, translating business goals, risk, threat intelligence, and engineering constraints into prioritized investments that balance risk reduction with product velocity.
You will work closely with Security Engineering, Platform Engineering, Product Development, and other business partners to embed security practices and harden products and platforms at global scale. You will bring strong security judgment and technical credibility, using that experience to shape strategy, influence technical direction early, and help teams make effective tradeoffs.
You will understand how AI changes both the risks we need to address and the capabilities available to defend the company, and translate those changes into product strategy and investment priorities. You will partner with operational security teams to identify recurring trends and translate them into product requirements and measurable outcomes that reduce risk.
You will own the ongoing development, maintenance, alignment, and communication of the Security Engineering product strategy and investment roadmap, ensuring priorities evolve with changes in risk, technology, business needs, and the threat landscape. You will communicate strategy, major investment decisions, tradeoffs, progress, and outcomes clearly to senior and executive leadership.
