Summary
Temp to Hire
As a grid welder you will operate and handfeed a semiautomatic welding machine to produce high quality grids used in our manufacturing process. No certification required training is provided.
18$hr Pay weekly, Weekends as needed
Responsibilities
+ Operate semi automatic grid welding machines safely and efficiently
+ Hand feed metal components into the machine
+ Monitor machine operation to ensure proper weld quality
+ Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet standards
+ Keep work area clean and organized
+ Follow all safety rules and company procedures
+ Work as part of a fast paced production team
Requirements
+ Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
+ Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
+ Basic mechanical aptitude or machine operation experience preferred
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Dependable and with good attendance
+ Willing to learn and follow instructions
+ Forklift Experience is required
