The pre-season maintenance tasks will be done to machinery during the months when farming duties have halted and the machinery is not in use. List of equipment: trucks, freightliners, hopper bottoms, spreaders, fork lift, peanut combines, John Deere tractors, grain carts, sprayers, planters. All the machines and equipment will go through a thorough inspection, service, and repair process. Each machine will have a manufacturer's annual maintenance procedure that needs to be followed to ensure proper operation of the equipment during the work season. This seasonal post-harvest work process will include the disassembly and reassembly of major components for replacement of bearings, lubricants, filters, parts, worn components, surfacing and welding of cracks. Cleaning of each machine must be done prior to any maintenance work. The work will include heavy lifting of machine parts and holding them in place during reassembly. The worker must be able to handle complex tasks that require logical thought, care, paying attention to details. Drive to town to pickup mechanical supplies. No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required. Employer guarantees to offer employment for a minimum of 3/4 of the workdays of the total specified period beginning with the workers first day, free housing provided to workers recruited from beyond the commuting area, transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be provided or paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract or earlier.

The employer will make all deductions required by law, including federal, state, and local income taxes (if applicable), and court-ordered deductions such as, but not limited to, child support or garnishments. Additional deductions may include stop-payment or check replacement fees, repayment of overpaid wages, and any other deductions authorized by the worker in writing. The employer will also make voluntary deductions authorized in writing in accordance with state law by the worker and may include, but are not limited to, income tax withholding for H-2A workers upon request, retirement plan contributions, health insurance premiums, loan repayments, cash advances, long-distance telephone charges, data plan costs, and services like internet or cable.

Employer-provided housing includes free and convenient kitchen facilities with appropriate equipment, appliances, cooking accessories, and dishwashing facilities for meal preparation. For workers residing in employer-provided housing, employer also provides free transportation once per week to/from closest town or city for personal errands (e.g., groceries, banking services). For the entire duration of the work contract, transportation from the housing location to the work site and back each day will be provided at no cost to the worker. The Employer will provide 1 vehicle: ( 2016 Ford F-150 Seats: 5) for the worker to use for transportation to the worksite, back home from the worksite, or to go to the store. The worker will drive themselves to work and back home at the hours specified on the form ETA 790A Section A, Item 7.a and 7.b unless otherwise directed. The hours may vary during different times of the crop season. Daily transportation will be available to workers that do not reside in employer-provided housing at no cost to the worker.

Minimum of 12 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English.
