Wed01:45 PM - 11:45 PM

Sat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific reporting and escalation procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points, visitor activity, and facility conditions; verify credentials and direct individuals in accordance with site-specific procedures.

+ Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate observed incidents, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
