Summary
Director, Provider Relations (RPh) - Lumicera Direct seeks a Director, Provider Relations to lead provider engagement and account management. Responsible for developing provider relations strategy, managing executive relationships with provider organizations and health systems, and driving provider growth initiatives. Leads through subordinate managers and partners with VP Sales to shape market strategy. Key responsibilities: develop provider relations strategy, serve as Executive Sponsor for key provider organizations, establish executive-level relationships, lead business reviews, develop provider feedback channels, identify growth opportunities, analyze performance metrics, collaborate with operations teams, own departmental budgeting, drive continuous improvement, and provide executive reporting. Required: Bachelor's in Pharmacy or PharmD, current unrestricted licensure as Registered Pharmacist, 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare services, 5+ years leadership experience, 3+ years sales leadership, experience in growth and market expansion, understanding of specialty pharmacy operations, CRM platform experience, and proven success influencing executive stakeholders. Travel up to 40% required.
