Reach Truck Operator

We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for safely moving, storing, and replenishing inventory using a Crown reach truck in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Operate Crown reach trucks and deep reach forklifts to transport and store palletized products.

+ Unload inbound freight and place inventory in designated rack locations.

+ Perform replenishment by moving pallets from upper storage racks to lower pick locations.

+ Utilize RF scanners to accurately track inventory movements and product locations.

+ Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

+ Work efficiently to meet productivity and accuracy goals.

Requirements:

+ Previous experience operating a reach truck or deep reach forklift is required.

+ Experience using RF scanners in a warehouse environment.

+ Ability to work independently and safely in a high-volume distribution center.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

+ Willingness to work in both ambient and refrigerated warehouse areas.

+ Willingness to provide 2 professional references.

Schedule:

+ Shift: 12:00 PM until production ends (typically 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM).

+ Two consecutive days off each week (not on weekends). Will receive these days off on your first day.

Work Environment:

+ Room temp and refrigerated areas at this site.

+ MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN REFRIDGERATED TEMPS. dry side is ambient temp (non climate controlled)

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
