Summary
AMPAC Business Operations Manager
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The AMPAC Business Operations Manager for Vegetable Seeds is responsible for product management, data consolidation and analysis, and digital evolution to support the transformation of the Sales and Operations Planning process as well as ONE number implementation, adherence, & tracking. The position plays a key role as a cross functional liaison with product supply, Sales Ops planners, finance, and portfolio.
The primary responsibilities of this role, AMPAC Business Operations Manager, are to:
+ Serve as a leader of the S&OP and Evergreen SBP processes in the region coordinating sales, sales ops, portfolio, product supply, and finance to align plans over the designated time horizons and steward 90-day outcomes;
+ Collaborate with commercial, product supply, and portfolio teams in the transformation of the ONE number process, emphasizing forecast accuracy, work efficiency, and creating the correct demand signal for crop lock;
+ Understand all available commercial data signals, major data gaps, potential systems upgrades, and digital enhancements to improve data integration, derived insights, and resulting decisions to deliver on commercial KPIs.
+ Ensure operational excellence through continuous improvement practices with a focus on stewarding compliant processes and timeline adherence;
+ Lead with clarity by providing executive overviews and decision needs as meeting management tools;
+ Provide notes with assigned follow-up items and due dates; coordinate with stakeholders to ensure follow-ups are completed.
+ Understand needs, challenges, and limitations of key stakeholders; incorporate digital tools and process improvement to drive efficiency and reduce challenges (integrated dashboards, automation, AI).
WHO YOU ARE

Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree;
+ Strong technical / system capabilities;
+ Proven digital enhancement, process improvement, and change management;
+ Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional networking skills;
+ Strong key competencies which include plan and align, strategic mindset, courage, collaborative, manage complexity, and drive results;
+ Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in business related discipline;
+ 1+ years of relevant business experience;
+ Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
This posting will be available for application until at least 11/2/26.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $108,080.00 to $162,120.00 . Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
