Join Elara Caring as a Travel Physical Therapist and take your skills on the road! This is a 100% travel position where you'll support patients and clinical teams across different communities while enjoying the adventure of working in new locations.

What You'll Do

+ Travel to assigned Elara Caring locations to provide home health physical therapy.

+ Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and help them regain mobility and independence.

+ Collaborate with local clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

+ Document patient progress and support continuity of care.

What You'll Need

+ Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

+ Active PT license or ability to obtain licensure in assigned states.

+ At least one year of clinical experience.

+ Willingness and ability to travel 100% to assigned locations.

+ Valid driver's license and strong communication skills.

_The base salary for this position is $130,000 to $140,000 annually, based on the company's good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, which could include performance-based bonuses, on-call pay, or other incentive earnings. These components are not guaranteed and depend on individual and/or team performance_ .
