Join Elara Caring as a Travel Physical Therapist and take your skills on the road! This is a 100% travel position where you'll support patients and clinical teams across different communities while enjoying the adventure of working in new locations.

What You'll Do

+ Travel to assigned Elara Caring locations to provide home health physical therapy.

+ Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and help them regain mobility and independence.

+ Collaborate with local clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

+ Document patient progress and support continuity of care.

What You'll Need

+ Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

+ Active PT license or ability to obtain licensure in assigned states.

+ At least one year of clinical experience.

+ Willingness and ability to travel 100% to assigned locations.

+ Valid driver's license and strong communication skills.
