Overview

The St. Louis Support Services division for Enterprise Mobility currently has an exciting opportunity available for a Human Resources Coordinator Senior! This is an excellent position for someone with knowledge in Leave of Absence laws and beyond. This HR Coordinator Senior will work closely with employees and management in Support Services through the Leave of Absence & Accommodation Team. Extensive exposure to confidential personnel information requires this person to be extremely trustworthy with the highest level of integrity. The ideal candidate will be able to ensure data accuracy, support compliance, and partner with employees and managers to resolve HR issues. We are seeking a highly reliable individual who can adapt to change and quickly apply new information, is eager to learn detailed processes, possesses strong time management and organizational skills, delivers exceptional customer service, communicates with empathy, and demonstrates a team-first mindset. _A background in leave laws, state laws, FMLA, and ADA is a plus._

This will be a hybrid position, requiring both remote and working in-office 3 days per week at our St. Louis, MO office located at 2281 Ball Dr. St. Louis, MO 63146. The schedule is Monday-Friday with start times ranging between 6:30am-7:30am CST. The starting pay offered would be $23.89/hour. Responsibilities

+ Set up, maintain and audit employee physical files

+ Provide administrative assistance to HR employees

+ Manage Leave of Absence claims for all employees with an emphasis on FMLA and ADA

+ Accurately enter data into Workday, Dayforce, and other reporting systems

+ Answer questions regarding leaves of absence and accommodations

+ Prepare materials and host LOA training sessions

+ Handle inquiries from employees regarding benefits, policies, etc.

+ Respond promptly and accurately to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures; offer guidance and resolve requests within established frameworks

+ Perform basic reporting and trend analysis to support HR initiatives; support solutions for the group

+ Mentor entry-level HR Coordinators by providing task guidance, development support, and sharing best practices

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

+ Excellent organizational/time management skills and the ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities

+ Ability to work independently

+ Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information

+ Ability to take initiative, multi-task and problem solve while maintaining extreme attention to detail

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Must possess strong customer service skills with quick and thorough response time to employee questions

Qualifications

+ Must live in the state of Missouri and be willing and able to travel to the St. Louis office 3 days per week

+ Minimum (1) one year of recent Human Resources experience _required_

+ Bachelor's degree (degree in HR a plus) _required_

+ Experience with FMLA, ADA, state leaves, military leave, etc. _preferred_

+ Must be comfortable with handling and sorting physical personnel paper files in office

+ Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and have the ability to bend, kneel and/or reach as needed

+ Previous WorkDay experience a plus

+ Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

+ Must be at least 18 years old

WFH Technical Qualifications for your home office:

+ Must have access to a cell phone to validate security information authentication

+ Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider

+ Minimum upload speed of 10 mbps and minimum download speed of 100 mbps

+ Satellite Internet, 5G home Internet/Cellular/Wi-Fi/Hotspot Services (T-Mobile, Verizon) connections are NOT supported
