Job Summary and Qualifications

The Monitor Technician is responsible for the equipment set up and continuous cardiac observation of telemetry patients at a centralized station. Our Telemetry Techs are passionate about ensuring an exceptional patient experience and committed to caring like family. Unlock your potential here!

What you will do in this role:

+ You will set up telemetry equipment for new admissions according to established procedures.

+ You will interpret and document rhythm strips at regular intervals.

+ You will report any cardiac arrhythmias or rhythm changes to the primary nurse.

+ You will report changes in pulse oximetry data to the primary nurse.

+ You will assist in maintaining telemetry supplies.

What qualifications you will need:

+ Applicant must successfully complete the monitor technician credentialing process within the first three weeks of employment.
