As a Security Officer Full Time in Lees Summit, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:
+ Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
+ Respond to incidents, patient or visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or access concerns.
+ Monitor access points and help maintain visitor-management procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
+ Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
+ At least one year of security-related experience is required.
+ Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
+ Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
+ Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
