Qualifications:
+ Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
+ Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
