Community Center Attendant
Summary
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting visitors, answering questions, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Offer information about programs, activities, and facility use; assist with program setup, instruction support, and participant needs.
• Accept registrations for recreational leagues and activities; process payments and issue receipts.
• Answer telephones, respond to inquiries, and perform general clerical and office tasks.
• Operate the cash register and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Open and close the community center as scheduled, ensuring safety and security procedures are followed.
• Monitor facility activities to ensure rules are observed and spaces are used appropriately.
• Perform daily cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, and restroom upkeep; conduct monthly deep cleaning of facility areas as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
