We're looking for an Electronic Panel Board Assembler to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help build electrical control panels used in a variety of industrial applications while working in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

+ Assemble electrical and electronic components for custom control panel boards.

+ Route, connect, and organize wiring according to schematics and assembly drawings.

+ Work with small hand tools, electronic components, and precision parts.

+ Perform soldering and wiring tasks as required.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.

+ Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workstation while meeting production goals.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure products are completed safely and on schedule.

What We're Looking For

+ Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or related environments.

+ Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.

+ Experience using hand tools and power tools.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

+ Basic understanding of electronics, wiring, or soldering techniques.

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Electronic assembly or panel-building experience.

+ Soldering experience.

+ Machine operation experience.

+ Experience working with wiring, electrical components, or control panels.

+ Familiarity with quality inspections and manufacturing processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
