We need a trusted individual to safely transport our Veterans where they need to go – doctor’s office, hospital, or specialty care centers. A Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Medication Technician is preferred but not required for this position. If you are looking for a unique way to serve our heroes, apply today.

Responsibilities

Examples of Work:

CNA and/or CMT Driver

- Transport the Veteran to external medical appointments and perform Veteran transfers and care as required by the Veteran
- Assure protective oversight of Veteran while in care outside of the facility, which may include meals, repositioning, hygiene, care and safety
- Schedule transportation for medical appointments
- Drive bus/van during day and at night, in town and highways
- CMT Drivers will administer medications during transport as needed

Non-CNA Driver

- Transport the Veteran to external medical appointments
- Schedule transportation for medical appointments
- Drive bus/van during day and at night, in town and highways
