As a Security Officer Front Desk Concierge in O Fallon, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution, you will serve as a welcoming, highly visible presence, assisting visitors, managing access, monitoring entry activity, and responding to security-related concerns. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while helping to deter incidents. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Manage front desk access by greeting visitors, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.

+ Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems from the front desk, and report irregularities according to site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel when needed.

+ Maintain a professional front desk presence, support controlled access to restricted areas, and help to deter unauthorized entry.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
