What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

What You'll Do:

You'll visit customers' homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.

+ Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes

+ Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful

+ Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team

What You'll Need:

+ Valid Driver's License : This position requires a valid driver's license because driving a company vehicle to customer sites and regional offices is an essential function of the job.

+ Schedule Flexibility : Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays

+ Physical Ability :

+ Climb ladders (up to 40 ft)

+ Lift up to 70 lbs

+ Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit

+ Customer Focus : Build trust and create a great experience

+ Problem-Solving : Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot

+ Determination : Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather

+ Adaptability : Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease
