Operate tractors, skid steer loaders, bulldozers, backhoes, conveyers, spreaders and sprayers to fertilize, grade and prepare fields and farm roads, to spread rock to maintain farm roads, trim trees/brush and dig and maintain farm ditches. Operate skid loaders, trucks with blades and tractors to remove snow at bin sites and farm shop. Operate hand and power tools such as pneumatic hand tools, blowers and vacuums to clean, repair and maintain grain bins and agricultural buildings. Winter overhauling of key equipment. Manage, move and haul hay, feed and livestock as weather changes. Must be able to obtain a valid driver’s license. 3 months of agricultural equipment operating experience is required. Must be able to work in temperature extremes and lift and carry 75 lbs for 75 yards Employer guarantees to offer employment for a minimum of 3/4 of the workdays of the total specified period beginning with the workers first day, free housing provided to workers recruited from beyond the commuting area, transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be provided or paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract or earlier.

All deductions from the worker’s paycheck will be made as required by law. Any advances will be deducted with the consent of the employee Housing: Reasonable repair cost of damage other than that caused by normal wear and tear will be deducted from the earnings of workers found to have been responsible for damage to housing or furnishings. Deductions will also be made for cleaning when necessary, in filthy conditions or disgusting circumstances. EMPLOYER FURNISHED TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT: The employer will furnish, without cost, all tools, supplies, or equipment required in the performance of work. Crews will be responsible for vehicles, tools and equipment assigned to them. Deductions will be taken for lost tools, misuse causing damage and destruction of tools and equipment. Vehicles must be kept clean and deductions will be made for necessary cleaning, damages, due to misuse, and reckless operation. Description

Apartments #1, #2, #3 and #4 with a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and 4 kitchens with appliances. The employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers may prepare their own meals. Employer will provide (on voluntary basis) transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.

The employer will provide transportation free of cost. The workers will be provided access to two vehicles owned and licensed by FarmRight Solutions free of charge to share. They will use the vehicles to get to and from the worksite. They are two pickup trucks and each seats 5 people, for a total of 10 workers. Transportation will be available free of charge to workers who do not reside in employer-provided housing upon request.
