Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

- Work to maintain files and run reports of database files for the Missouri Leadership Development System (MLDS), Missouri Teacher Development System (MTDS), Teacher of the Year (TOY), and related events and activities (i.e. Leadership Academy, Teacher Academy, Beginning Teacher Assistance Program, Teacher Academy Year 2, etc.).
- Prepare invoices for MLDS and MTDS related events and activities as needed.
- Process monthly expense reports, for MLDS and MTDS affiliated staff, vendors, and related personnel, in a prompt and timely manner.
- Maintain all expense accounts for section (MLDS, MTDS).
- Maintain records of invoices, professional development initiatives, invoices, contracts, and expense accounts across all previously identified programs - in an orderly, easily retrievable fashion.
- Monitor the processing of requisitions, invoices, and expense reports and maintain a reasonable timeline for the prompt payment of bills.
- Communicate, via all appropriate means, with internal personnel and people outside of DESE relative to all to program planning, implementation, and support.
- Prepare and maintain monthly expenditure/funding tracking reports for various program events and activities as requested.
- Demonstrate regular, reliable, and engaged attendance.
