Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Full-Time, Overnights

Some people take a job. Others find a calling. As a full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Sevita, you'll help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independent, connected lives at home and in their community. We're looking for people who are ready to build a career helping others.

Starting Pay: $19.65/hour | On-Demand Pay Option Available

Hours: Full-time

Location: St. Louis, MO

What You'll Do

+ Support individuals with daily living skills like cooking, hygiene, and budgeting

+ Help with meal preparation and personal care

+ Administer medications after completing required training and certification

+ Join individuals for community outings, appointments, and activities

+ Follow each person's support plan and keep accurate notes

+ Build trusting relationships and celebrate each person's progress

Requirements

+ At least 18 years old

+ High school diploma or GED, or 5 years of documented caregiving experience

+ Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving history

+ Reliable, insured vehicle

+ Able to pass required background checks

+ Experience as a caregiver, CNA, or in support services is a plus, but not required
