You Are:

An Associate Manager, Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who helps clients accelerate their adoption of Agentic AI using Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud. You bring together deep Salesforce platform knowledge, business process expertise, solution architecture, and hands-on AI implementation to translate complex business challenges into scalable, production-ready agentic solutions. You work directly with clients to identify high-value AI opportunities, design intelligent agent workflows, and build and validate Agentforce solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Complex problems don't faze you, thanks to your analytical, problem-solving, and hands-on technical skills, and you bring out the best in your team and your clients.

The Work:

1. Agentic AI Strategy & Use-Case Discovery

+ Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify and prioritize Agentforce use cases.

+ Lead discovery workshops to understand business processes, pain points, and automation opportunities.

+ Translate business requirements into agentic workflows, functional designs, and implementation roadmaps.

+ Define measurable business outcomes and success criteria for AI deployments.

2. Agentforce Solution Design & Implementation

+ Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions.

+ Build and configure agents, topics, instructions, actions, and orchestration workflows.

+ Leverage Salesforce Flow, Apex, APIs, and platform capabilities to enable agent actions.

+ Develop rapid prototypes and proofs of concept to demonstrate business value.

+ Partner with technical architects and developers on complex integrations and solution architecture.

3. Data Cloud & Enterprise Integration

+ Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 to support grounded and context-aware AI agents.

+ Understand data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, and retrieval patterns.

+ Support integration between Agentforce, Salesforce Clouds, and enterprise systems.

+ Ensure agents have access to relevant, trusted enterprise data while respecting security and governance requirements.

4. Client Delivery & Technical Leadership

+ Serve as a client-facing FDE throughout discovery, design, implementation, and deployment.

+ Lead Agile delivery activities, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment.

+ Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver Agentforce solutions.

+ Establish testing, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous-improvement practices for AI agents.

+ Mentor junior team members and contribute to reusable FDE delivery assets.

5. AI Value Realization

+ Define KPIs to measure agent effectiveness, adoption, accuracy, task completion, and business impact.

+ Identify opportunities to scale successful agentic solutions across business functions.

+ Help clients transition from isolated AI pilots to enterprise-scale Agentforce adoption.

What You Need:

+ Minimum of 4 years of experience of Salesforce implementation experience.

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience leading client discovery, requirements gathering, and solution delivery.

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce Flow, APIs, and enterprise integrations.

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience of demonstrated hands-on Agentforce configuration and agent-building capability, with working knowledge of Data Cloud / Data 360 concepts and Salesforce data models

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience of designing and demonstrating at least one end-to-end Agentforce use case.

+ A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience).

Bonus Points:

+ Certified in Salesforce Agentforce Specialist and Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant / Data 360 Consultant

+ Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service experience.

+ Experience with enterprise data integration and business process transformation. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
