Job Summary and Qualifications

The manager performs administrative tasks, patient related tasks and supervises the Cardiovascular Telemetry department, staff and program.

The manager monitors and evaluates the nursing care delivered on the CVT unit in accordance with established policies/procedures.

The manager oversees resource management with assistance from the unit director to operate within the fiscal budget.

The manager models a commitment to the organizations' vision/mission/values and acts as a coach to direct reports to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to the overall departmental performance.

What qualifications you will need:

Required - currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.

Preferred - bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.

Required - 1+ years applicable experience.

Required - (BLS) Basic Life Support

90 Day Grace Period - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
