Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Occupational Therapist to work at a Facility in Fulton, MO. These are _registry_ positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $50 / hour

*W2

Shift Details:

+ Requested services will be performed between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday through Friday, up to 16 hours per week.

+ One day of New Employee Orientation training will be required.

+ We would like service to start as soon as possible.

Duties:

+ Conducting physical and psychological assessments of clients and developing or following a treatment plan.

+ Assessing home and work environments of clients and deciding what adjustments are needed.

+ Advising on adaptive equipment to help clients with daily activities.

+ Developing physical rehabilitation programs to help clients regain lost skills.

+ Preparing clients for a return to work.

+ Educating caregivers and family members of clients on patient care.

+ Evaluating results and progress of occupational therapy on clients.

+ Maintaining professional knowledge and the technical progress in order to provide clients with the best treatment program available.

+ Complying with federal, state, and local certification requirements.

+ Evaluating patient condition regarding physical and basic mental health.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Occupational Therapist

+ Must have up to date credentials in the state of MO

+ A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)

+ Ability to build rapport with patients

+ Compassionate and caring demeanor

+ Familiarity with medical terminology
