Chicken Salad Chick, known for its delicious menu featuring 12 unique Chicken Salads, homemade sides, soups, and sandwiches, is seeking a talented Assistant Manager. Join one of the original franchise locations and help us maintain a team of excellence and superb service. This role offers a chance to develop your management skills in a fast-paced, enjoyable setting while benefiting from optional health, dental, and vision insurance.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage people deployment to ensure smooth service flow
+ Maintain high product quality and kitchen preparation standards
+ Oversee service flow to guarantee customer satisfaction
+ Utilize POS and Back Office systems efficiently
Qualifications
+ Several years of experience managing in Fast Casual or Full Service restaurants
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Work Schedule
+ 9-10 hour shifts, Monday through Saturday
+ Closed Sundays
+ Availability for day and night shifts
