Summary
Machining Assistant
Assist CNC Machinist with fabrication and production of required parts. Keep area safe and clean
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday (6:00 am - 4:30 pm.)
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday (4:30 pm.- 3:00 am.) % Differential
Daytime/Night Shifts - 4-day work week Monday-Thursday, 10-hour days!
Weekend Shift Friday, Saturday, and Sunday- work 35 hours -paid for 40 hours.
In-house training at all levels.

Load /unload of parts from machinery with a Forklift.
We will train you using a ForkLift, Hand Tools, Measuring Instruments such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, radius gages.
Once acclimated to environment. You will learn to:
Differentiate between different type of cutting tools: Endmill, Face Mills, Shell Mills, Drills, Reamers, etc.
Setup tools in tool holders.
Install tool holders in machine set up parameters.
Prepare part for production, Install Load Fixtures,
Clean area.
Assist the Machinist in monitoring machinery during the cutting process, shoveling chips from area.
Maintain general cleanliness of the machining area.
Other duties as assigned.
