Job Responsibilities

+ As a Forklift Operator you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials at the lines.

+ Staging each production line with the proper materials.

+ Verify quantities received and perform incoming inspections.

+ Load finished products on trucks that are ready to be shipped to customers.

+ Responsible for moving finished products, raw materials, and part to different locations in the plant.

+ Perform daily production cycle counts.

Qualifications

+ 6+ months of forklift experience in a manufacturing setting.

+ Must be able to operate stand-up forklift

+ Comfortable working 12-hour days as needed.

+ Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

+ Pass forklift certification.

+ Basic computer skills.

+ Basic math, reading and writing skills.

+ Must be able to wear required PPE.

Our St. Joseph, Missouri distribution center charges, packages and ships the batteries used in cars, boats, motorcycles, and heavy-duty trucks. We opened in 2000, now employ more than 280 people and operate six days per week.
