Provides compassionate daily care and assistance to residents. Assists with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, mobility, and other activities of daily living. Provides companionship, maintains a safe and clean environment, observes and reports changes in resident condition, and promotes residents’ comfort, dignity, and independence.
