Summary
Job title: Electrical Equipment Maintenance Technician
Job duties: Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of lighting, signage, and electrical fixtures; Replace lamps, ballasts, switches, and other electrical components as needed; Install and test new electrical and mechanical equipment in accordance with technical specifications; Perform minor plumbing work such as repairing faucets, unclogging pipes, and maintaining water fixtures; Service and repair doors, locks, and other mechanical systems to ensure smooth operation; Clean and maintain electrical assemblies, cable systems, and related components; Support general facility maintenance and perform handyman repairs as assigned; Maintain accurate service logs, repair records, and inventory of parts and materials.
Work location: 1321 Burlington St, Suite B9, North Kansas City, MO, 64116.
Education: High School/GED.
Experience: 24 months of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar.
Other information/Travel: Local travel to client sites within Missouri. Travel is routine and limited to daily service calls within the local area. No overnight travel is required.
Salary: from $53019.00 to $53020.00 per year.
