As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while using technology to document observations. Day Time

Sat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a telecommunications and technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and facility conditions; verify credentials and direct individuals according to site-specific procedures.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions taken.

+ Prepare accurate activity logs and incident reports, communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, and support a professional environment for all occupants.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
