Job Description
LRS Consulting Services is seeking an onsite Technology Support Representative II for an on-site Contract opportunity in St. Louis, Missouri. This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners.
Our client, a large, employee-owned national organization, is seeking a Technology Support Representative II to join its St. Louis-based Technology Support team. This is a high-volume, customer-facing, front-line support role delivering day-to-day IT support for employees across the company, including office staff, field teams, project teams, and senior leadership. You'll handle incidents and service requests through the ticketing system, phone queue, remote support tools, and walk-up interactions, and the role calls for strong troubleshooting ability, sound judgment, disciplined documentation, and a genuine commitment to an excellent support experience.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for internal technology support requests through tickets, phone calls, remote sessions, and walk-up support
+ Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues involving Windows devices, Microsoft 365, Outlook, authentication, access, printers, conferencing tools, and general endpoint support
+ Log, prioritize, and document incidents and requests clearly and completely in the ticketing system, escalating issues outside Tier 1 scope with full troubleshooting context
+ Support routine account and access administration, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, password support, group membership changes, onboarding, and provisioning
+ Follow security best practices, report or remediate compromised devices or suspicious activity, and contribute to knowledge articles and process improvements
Requirements:
+ Experience with 2+ years in IT support, service desk, help desk, desktop support, or a similar end-user support role
+ Experience troubleshooting endpoint hardware, operating systems, Microsoft 365, Outlook, authentication, and common business applications
+ Experience working in a ticket-driven support environment with an emphasis on prioritization, escalation, and documentation quality
+ Experience providing excellent customer service and staying professional and calm when supporting frustrated users or high-pressure issues
+ Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong written and verbal communication skills (experience with KACE, Five9, BeyondTrust, or Active Directory a plus)
The base range for this contract position is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
