How you'll make an impact in this role
+ Assists in creation of reporting and analytic packages, querying various types of healthcare data.
+ Provide research and administrative assistance for special projects as assigned.
+ Analyze reports to measure utilization, cost, and descriptive statistics.
+ Reviews information for accuracy and reconciles data.
+ Conducts and synthesizes market research and benchmarks.
What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration
+ Required Credential(s):
+ None Required.
Education
+ High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline.
Additional Preferences:
+ Progress towards (or completion of) Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a healthcare-related field is strongly preferred.
+ Healthcare industry knowledge, such as managed care and value based care concepts, population health and healthcare economics is strongly preferred.
+ Prior internship experience in a healthcare organization is preferred.
