As a Branch Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of a retail banking branch while coaching and developing employees, delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and strengthening community connections.
What You'll Do

Lead and inspire a team committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Coach, develop, and support employees through ongoing training and performance conversations.

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence.

Build and deepen customer relationships by identifying financial solutions that meet their needs.

Drive branch growth through business development, networking, and community involvement.

Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Resolve complex customer concerns with professionalism and care.

Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.

Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
Experience

Minimum of five years of retail banking experience.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Demonstrated success in business development, customer relationship management, and achieving performance goals.

Community engagement experience preferred.
