Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with a growing organization in Mexico, MO area seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will serve as a key member of the HR team, supporting employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, and HR compliance.

Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:

· Lead performance management activities including coaching, counseling, corrective actions, and employee development initiatives

· Administer hourly employee pay programs, including pay progression and compensation changes

· Manage employee benefits enrollment, education, and ongoing maintenance within benefit administration systems

· Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding efforts while supporting employee retention strategies

· Serve as a resource for employees and management regarding company policies, benefits, payroll, attendance, and HR-related matters

· Investigate and resolve employee relations issues while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

· Maintain accurate and organized employee records, HR files, and department reporting

· Oversee unemployment and disability claims processing, ensuring timely responses and compliance requirements are met

Human Resources Generalist Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience require

· Previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred

· Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, recruiting, and HR compliance

· Working knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices

· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
