Epic Application Analyst - AI& Engineering

As an experienced Epic Application Analyst - Interconnect Sr Consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you'll do/Responsibilities

+ Configure and validate Epic Interconnect and Bridges components, including message testing, routing, acknowledgments, logs, and vendor coordination.

+ Execute interface testing in non-production environments and document results, defects, and retesting evidence.

+ Support data conversions through mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, exception management, and cutover readiness.

+ Review Nova Notes and Bridges SBARs for impacts, dependencies, risks, testing requirements, and implementation readiness.

+ Troubleshoot interface issues across Epic, interface engines, downstream systems, transport layers, and vendor endpoints.

+ Provide concise weekly reporting on accomplishments, active work, risks, blockers, and next steps.

+ Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications

Required

+ 6+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Interconnect.

+ Epic Interconnect Certification or Epic Client Systems Administrator.

+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

+ Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you ser

+ Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities

+ Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

+ Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

+ Excellent Written and Communication Skills
