What You'll Do
As a 2nd Shift Machine Operator, you'll:
+ Operate press brake and other machinery.
+ Measure steel blanks and parts using tape measures.
+ Perform setups and adjustments using layout marks, drawings, and verbal instructions.
+ Ensure quality and precision in every step of the process.
+ Use a fork truck or pallet jack to move material from storage racks.

Basic:
+ Ability to work evening or night shift;
+ Ability to read, understand and interpret a bill of material, schematic, drawing, and/or specification;
+ Ability to communicate with and follow direction of leaders within the area;
+ Able to work over-time as needed;
+ Successfully complete: application, talent assessment, interview, drug & background screen.
+ Safety-sensitive position: we test for THC.
+ Resides or intends to reside within a reasonable commute of distance of Washington, MO;
+ Has current work authorization for employment in the United States;
Preferred:
+ High school diploma or equivalent;
+ Two years of prior manufacturing experience;
+ Prior press brake experience;
+ Successful completion of the National Career Readiness Certificate ยฎ (NCRC) offered through the ACT WorkKeys program;
