Position Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for supporting candidates throughout the hiring process, from offer acceptance through their first day of employment. This role works closely with candidates, hiring managers, and internal HR partners to keep the hiring process moving, ensure all required steps are completed, and provide a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Post-Offer Candidate Management

+ Manage candidates through the post-offer process, ensuring all pre-employment requirements are completed before their start date.

+ Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding background investigations, required paperwork, onboarding, and start dates.

+ Follow up on outstanding items and work with internal teams to resolve issues that could delay a candidate's start.

+ Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to hire.

Requisition and Candidate Management

+ Keep requisitions and candidate information up to date in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

+ Maintain accurate candidate notes, statuses, and required documentation.

+ Monitor candidate progress and ensure all recruiting activities and next steps are completed timely.

+ Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to address outstanding items and keep hiring activities on track.

Recruiting Support and Coordination

+ Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth handoff from offer acceptance through onboarding.

+ Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and minimize delays.

+ Identify potential roadblocks and proactively follow up to keep candidates moving through the hiring process.

+ Support a consistent, professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

Qualifications

+ Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or recruiting coordination.

+ Strong candidate communication and follow-up skills.

+ Experience using an ATS to manage requisitions and candidate activity.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.
